Activated Charcoal For Food Poisoning.
We don't always eat as clean as we should and we can't always eat a home cooked meal when traveling and preparing for the Holidays. Take Charcoal House's Activated Charcoal Capsules with you wherever you go.
When eating out, it is not uncommon for Kimberly to take 6 charcoal capsules before she eats and 6 capsules after she eats as a preventative measure to ward off excruciating headaches from lurking excito-toxins (flavor enhancers such as MSG) hiding in the food. Anyone who has experience with a bad bout of food poisoning can appreciate taking precautionary measures as well. Activated Charcoal Tablets are an excellent chewable option for children or anyone that does not like swallowing capsules.
If the precautionary measures mentioned above are not enough and you end up with an upset tummy with or without vomiting and diarrhea, be sure to take more charcoal capsules. Also, a Charcoal Poultice made with Hardwood Activated Charcoal and Flax Seed placed over the stomach while laying down has been found to be very beneficial in drawing the toxins from deep tissue. Follow the link above to watch the video on how to make a charcoal poultice.
As always, if you are on medications, please consult your health care provider before using activated charcoal. Charcoal does not discriminate between poisons and will most likely adsorb your meds and cause them to be ineffective.
