Suggested Use:

Because each person is unique and each body responds differently, dosages will vary from person to person. Begin with a teaspoon of charcoal powder and work your way up (or down) to an amount that your body accepts. To avoid any binding, be sure to stay well hydrated.

• Carefully add charcoal powder to water in a bottle or jar.
• Cap the bottle or jar, shake well, and drink.
• May cause temporary darkening of the stool. Does not absorb food nutrients as coal-based charcoals can do.
