I know nothing about A/C! I had a quick look on the net and it has a lot about face masks and dental info, but little on benefits and then I saw this site!

Dumb questions:

#1 How long do you take A/C capsules for?

#2 Can people with Gall bladders removed, take it?

#3 Are there any precautions required or side effects I should be aware of in taking A/C capsules?

Wow, you asked a mouthful, but of course as the old adage goes, there is no such thing as a dumb question! I really cannot sufficiently answer your questions quickly, but before I give a brief attempt, I would like to recommend to you the book Charcoal Remedies.com, The Complete Handbook of Medicinal Charcoal, we think that it is an invaluable resource and will answer most of your questions in depth. #1/ how long can you take charcoal? Well, I take it everyday and have done so for years! However, a lot of people just take it for specific reasons such as diarrhea, nausea, poisoning, etc. I personally take two tablespoons every night of the Detox 1600 Charcoal Powder.

#2 & #3 Can people with Gall bladders removed, take it? They can as long as they are not on medications, as activated charcoal does not discriminate between poisons and it is most likely that it will adsorb your medications. Outside of that, aside from possible constipation, charcoal is safe and effective.
